Administrator access via uncast shop_id SQL injection
Published Apr 30, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in the ShipUp module for PrestaShop before 3.3.0 allows remote attackers to obtain administrator access via an HTTP request. The getShopId function concatenates the untrusted shop_id query parameter into an SQL statement without first casting it to an integer. The endpoint requires no credentials; successful injection can expose or delete shop data, change settings, and grant administrator access.
