Victim-browser script execution via unsanitized badge fields

Stored cross-site scripting in GUnet Open eClass Platform 3.15 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in a victim's browser. The certbadge.php badge-template path stores title and description input without neutralizing it before later page generation. Badge-template editing access is required, and execution occurs when another user views the saved badge content.
