Local privilege escalation via unrestricted IOCTL access

Privilege escalation in Realtek IO Driver 1.008.0823.2017 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through crafted IOCTL requests. The rtkio64.sys DeviceIoControl handler accepts low-privileged callers and exposes physical-memory mapping plus I/O-port reads and writes without caller authorization. A local low-privileged user can use those primitives to disclose kernel data, alter privileged memory, and run code with elevated privileges.
