SQL injection via unfiltered sql_filter query parameter
Published May 7, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in J2EEFAST 2.7.0 allows remote attackers to alter database queries via sql_filter in myProcessList. ProcessController.myProcessList passes the unfiltered sql_filter value into findPage in ProcessInstanceMapper.xml, where it becomes part of an SQL query. Network access without authentication is sufficient; successful injection reads or modifies application database data and interrupts database-backed operations.
