Remote code execution via unterminated string scan

Buffer overflow in Tencent libpag 4.3 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by supplying a crafted PAG image. DecodeStream::readUTF8String calls strlen on untrusted file bytes before limiting the scan to the remaining dataView length, causing a heap out-of-bounds read. No authentication or user interaction is required when an application processes attacker-supplied PAG data, and exploitation can compromise the host process.
