WLAN interruption via oversized ML common length

Denial of service in Qualcomm WLAN firmware allows remote attackers to interrupt wireless service with a malformed beacon ML element. The ML IE parser accepts a common-information length larger than its enclosing element, producing an invalid length calculation during beacon processing. No authentication or user interaction is required, but the attacker must transmit the crafted 802.11 beacon within radio range.
