Wireless service interruption via malformed TID-to-link mapping
Published Sep 2, 2024 · Updated Sep 3, 2024
Buffer over-read in Qualcomm WLAN Host firmware allows remote attackers to interrupt wireless service via a crafted beacon or probe response. The WLAN parser reads past a buffer while processing the received TID-to-link mapping element. The target must receive the crafted management frame; impact is a transient service interruption, not data access or modification.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
