Local memory corruption via captureRead QDCM command

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon display firmware allows local users to corrupt memory through the captureRead QDCM command. The captureRead QDCM command reads beyond its intended buffer when invoked from user space; Qualcomm has not disclosed the faulty bounds operation. Local access is required, but no account privileges or user interaction are required, and the documented consequence is memory corruption.
