Memory disclosure via unvalidated firmware IPC message

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon NPU drivers allows local users to disclose memory through a malformed firmware IPC message. The NPU driver processes a firmware-supplied IPC message without validating its fields or length, causing a read beyond the intended buffer.
