Memory corruption in Qualcomm Snapdragon firmware allows local users with high privileges to compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The LPLH performance component copies oversized IPC frequency-table parameters without validating that their size fits the destination buffer. Reachability requires local high-privilege access; a crafted IPC parameter table can corrupt memory and compromise data or interrupt the affected device.
