Wireless service interruption via TID-to-link frame parsing
Published Aug 5, 2024 · Updated Aug 5, 2024
Buffer over-read in Qualcomm WLAN Host firmware allows remote attackers to interrupt wireless service with a crafted TID-to-link mapping action frame. The WLAN Host parser reads beyond the received frame buffer while processing mapping data; Qualcomm has not published the affected function or faulty length check. An unauthenticated transmitter able to deliver the WLAN management action frame can cause only a transient service interruption, with no reported data disclosure or modification.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
