Service interruption via ML IE bounds over-read

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm WLAN Host firmware allows remote attackers to interrupt wireless service via crafted ML IE data. The util_get_ml_bv_partner_link_info function increments an offset while parsing a Multi-Link information element and accesses memory after the element's declared length. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation causes a transient service interruption rather than data disclosure or modification.
