Local code execution via writable Ruby file

Incorrect file permissions in Kaminari 0.15.0 through 0.16.1 allow local users to execute code by modifying a loaded Ruby file. Manually extracting an affected release leaves lib/kaminari/models/page_scope_methods.rb writable by unauthorized users, so altered Ruby code runs when the application loads it. The vulnerable state requires manual archive download and decompression; installations performed with gem install, gem unpack, or bundle install are unaffected.
