Unintended operations via colliding query-plan cache keys

Expected behavior violation in Apollo Router 1.44.0 through 1.45.0 allows remote attackers to execute unintended GraphQL operations. The Redis-backed distributed query-plan cache keyed distinct operations too coarsely, so a lookup can reuse a modified plan from an earlier query, mutation, or subscription. Exposure requires distributed query-plan caching; consequences include mismatched query results, unintended subgraph mutations, and unexpected errors.
