Cleartext transmission in LevelOne WBR-6012 firmware R0.40e6 allows attackers to read credentials from Web and FTP traffic. The management services use unencrypted HTTP and FTP for all communications, including credentials, and provide no encrypted alternative. Access to the communication path is required to sniff management sessions; the reported impact is credential disclosure without integrity or availability effects.
