Arbitrary file placement via voicebank path traversal

Path traversal in the UTAU voicebank installer before 0.4.19 allows attackers to place arbitrary files through crafted .uar or .zip archives. Public vendor and JVN material identifies the installer and archive types but does not disclose the responsible function or path-validation failure. Exploitation requires a user to install the crafted voicebank, and the resulting write is limited to the permissions of that UTAU process.
