Kernel crash via unlocked DMA queue update

Race condition in the j721e-csi2rx capture driver in Linux 6.7 through 6.9.3 allows local users to crash the kernel via video buffer queuing. After ti_csi2rx_start_dma submits a frame, its queue update and DMA restart occur outside the lock protecting the submitted list, allowing the completion callback to run before the list reflects the frame. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access to VIDIOC_QBUF on a /dev/videoN node backed by the TI J721E CSI-2 receiver; successful races interrupt service by crashing the kernel.
