CVE-2024-32913Network attack vector

Unauthenticated code execution via WLAN integer overflow

Published Jun 13, 2024 · Updated Aug 19, 2024

Out-of-bounds write in Android's WLAN kernel driver allows remote attackers to execute code via crafted wireless management frames. An integer overflow in wl_notify_rx_mgmt_frame causes the function to write received management-frame data beyond its buffer. No authentication, additional execution privileges, or user interaction is required; successful exploitation grants code execution on affected Pixel devices.
