Local stack data disclosure via uninitialized handling

Use of uninitialized data in Android's spi TA allows local users to read stack data through a crafted shared-memory map request. The handle_msg_shm_map_req handler in trusty/user/base/lib/spi/srv/tipc/tipc.c processes the request without fully initializing stack-backed data before disclosure. A local low-privileged execution context is required; no user interaction is needed, and the documented consequence is limited to confidentiality.
