SQL injection via negative parameter interpolation

SQL injection in Amazon Redshift JDBC Driver before 2.1.0.28 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL via crafted parameters. SimpleParameterList.toString interpolates a negative numeric parameter directly after a subtraction operator, creating a double-dash line comment that lets a later multiline value change query syntax. Exploitation requires the unsupported preferQueryMode=simple setting and a prepared statement that negates one attacker-controlled value; injected SQL runs with the application's database privileges.
