Process crash via uninitialized string pointer free

Uninitialized-pointer use in llama.cpp b2715 and earlier allows attackers to crash the process by loading a crafted GGUF model file. When an invalid string length makes gguf_fread_str return before allocating data, cleanup passes the uninitialized string pointer to GGML_FREE. A user must load the malicious model file; the demonstrated result is a crash, while the vendor reports that controlled pointer data can cause an arbitrary-address free and lead to code execution.
