Unauthenticated file disclosure via encoded path traversal

Path traversal in Hono before 4.2.7 allows remote attackers to read files near main.ts through Deno serveStatic requests. The middleware decoded URL.pathname, preserving an encoded parent-directory segment for filesystem resolution instead of using Hono's normalized request path. Exposure requires a Deno application to route requests through serveStatic; successful requests disclose readable files outside the intended static directory.
