Stored XSS via unsanitized table data
Published Aug 23, 2024 · Updated Aug 23, 2024
Stored XSS in WP Table Builder 1.5.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript via crafted table data. The table-saving path accepts attacker-modified HTML in table data without sanitizing it, then emits that stored content when the table's post is viewed. An administrator, or a lower role granted plugin access, must save the payload, and a separate user must view the affected post.
