Contributor-level browser script execution via unescaped shortcode attributes
Published Apr 24, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in Leap13 Premium Addons for Elementor 4.10.25 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in visitors' browsers. The plugin stores contributor-controlled shortcode attributes and renders them into pages without validation or context-appropriate escaping. Contributor access is sufficient to plant a payload, but a visitor must open the affected page; the script then runs with that visitor's site privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
