Unauthenticated logging changes via missing capability check

Missing authorization in AppPresser Mobile App Framework 4.3.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to enable or disable plugin logging. The toggle_logging_callback() AJAX handler changes the logging setting without checking the caller's WordPress capabilities. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient, and the bounded consequence is unauthorized modification of diagnostic logging rather than code execution.
