Runtime crash via empty parser stack access

Improper array-index validation in Samsung Open Source Walrus before commit 72c7230 allows local users to crash the runtime. WASMParser.cpp pops or reads the back element of an empty m_vmStack while parsing malformed WebAssembly instructions, such as a function without an end opcode. Execution of a crafted module is required; the documented consequence is a segmentation fault that interrupts only the Walrus process.
