Certificate-comparison integrity loss via WCHAR length confusion

Out-of-bounds read in FreeRDP clients 3.0.0 through 3.5.0 allows remote attackers to corrupt redirection-certificate comparison. The rdp_redirection_read_base64_wchar function passes a byte length as a WCHAR count to ConvertWCharNToUtf8Alloc, causing conversion to read twice the intended buffer before Base64 decoding. A crafted server redirection string reaches the flaw before the decoded value is compared with the redirection server certificate, limiting the documented consequence to the integrity of that comparison.
