Unauthenticated command execution via unsandboxed notification templates

Server-side template injection in changedetection.io 0.45.20 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute commands through notification templates. The notification processor renders attacker-controlled notification_body and notification_title values with an unrestricted Jinja2 Environment, allowing template expressions to reach Python built-ins. Password protection is not enabled or enforced by default; exploitation requires creating or editing a watch and supplying a malicious Notifications template.
