CVE-2024-32640Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Remote code execution via unbound contenthistid query

Published Aug 11, 2025 · Updated Dec 3, 2025

SQL injection in Masa CMS before 7.2.7, 7.3.0 through 7.3.11, and 7.4.0 through 7.4.4 allows remote attackers to execute code. The processAsyncObject displayregion path passes contenthistid through dspObjects and getObjects into a query that directly interpolates it instead of binding it as a cfqueryparam. No authentication or user interaction is required; injected SQL can disclose password-reset data, enable an administrator session, and permit malicious plugin installation.
