Ticket disclosure via persistent browser cache

Information exposure in Best Practical Solutions Request Tracker 4.4.1 allows local users to recover cached ticket data after logout. Response headers set Cache-Control to no-cache but omit no-store, so browsers can retain sensitive pages in history after the RT session ends. Access requires local access to the authenticated user's browser profile; exposure is limited to pages that browser previously displayed.
