Code execution via malformed attribute-table cleanup

Memory corruption in HDF5 through 1.14.3 allows remote attackers to crash applications or execute code via a crafted HDF5 file. H5A__compact_build_table uses one nattrs field for both allocated capacity and completed entries, so error cleanup sends a partially initialized attribute to H5A__close. Exploitation requires an application to process attacker-controlled HDF5 input; a crash is the bounded outcome, while code execution depends on process memory conditions.
