Unauthenticated closed-form submission via missing authorization check

Access control bypass in BoldGrid weForms 1.6.20 and earlier allows remote attackers to submit forms configured to require login. The handle_frontend_submission() function processes guest submission requests without a server-side capability check, so client-visible restrictions do not enforce the configured state. A reachable form configured as login-required or otherwise closed is necessary, and exploitation creates an unauthorized form entry and can trigger its submission workflow.
