Customer-session script execution via unsanitized ticket articles

Stored cross-site scripting in Znuny 7.0.1 through 7.0.16 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in customer browsers. The customer ticket detail view renders an article body without neutralizing embedded external JavaScript, causing it to execute in the customer's page context. A low-privileged account and access to a ticket are required, and successful exploitation exposes customer-session data and permits page actions.
