Process crash via recursive attachment object loop

Uncontrolled recursion in Xpdf 4.05 and earlier allows attackers to crash an Xpdf process by opening a crafted PDF attachment. A loop among PDF attachment objects is followed recursively without cycle detection or a recursion bound, exhausting the process stack. Processing the crafted file is required; the documented consequence is a stack-overflow crash, not code execution or data access.
