Container data exfiltration via enabled IPv6 interfaces

Information disclosure in Moby 26.0.0 through 26.0.1 allows local users to exfiltrate container data over unexpected IPv6. The libnetwork setInterfaceIPv6 path returned without disabling IPv6 when an interface lacked a configured IPv6 address. Reachability requires attacker-controlled code in a container on an IPv4-only network; ipvlan or macvlan links can expose local IPv6 connectivity.
