Server-side template injection in inducer RELATE before 2024.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through Page Sandbox previews. The preview evaluates attacker-controlled template expressions, permitting Python class-hierarchy traversal to reach file-reading and shell-command primitives. Access to the course-content preview is required; successful exploitation reads server files or runs commands with the RELATE service account's privileges.
