Authenticated command execution via unsanitized timeout field

Command injection in TOTOLINK X5000R firmware 9.1.0cu.2350_B20230313 allows remote authenticated users to execute OS commands. The setSSServer handler in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi incorporates the timeout field from a Shadowsocks configuration request into a shell command without neutralizing command delimiters. Administrative login and a valid request token are required, and injected commands run in the router firmware context with read and write effects on the device.
