Script execution via unneutralized HOW TO fields
Published Apr 17, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Cross-site scripting in the HOW TO page of WonderCMS 3.4.3 allows remote attackers to execute script or HTML through crafted field values. The HOW TO editor accepts a payload in any field and saves it when focus leaves the field, without neutralizing script-capable markup. Execution requires a user to interact with the resulting page content, and the documented impact is limited to browser-side script or HTML execution.
