Arbitrary file overwrite via crafted ROM filename

Path traversal in the FCEUX 2.7.0 NetPlay server allows remote attackers to overwrite arbitrary server files through a crafted ROM request. NetPlayServer::processClientRomLoadRequests appends the client-supplied ROM filename directly to the temporary-directory path and writes the supplied ROM data there without reducing the name to its basename. The ROM-load request bypasses the server password setting, so an unauthenticated network client can replace any file writable by the FCEUX process; handling the request requires server-side user interaction.
