Heap corruption via incorrect chroma-plane offset calculation

Heap-buffer overflow in FFmpeg 7.0 allows local users to corrupt process memory by applying the tiltandshift filter to YUV422P video. The copy_column function calculates U and V plane addresses with vertical chroma subsampling instead of horizontal subsampling before av_image_copy. Triggering requires local execution of FFmpeg with the affected filter and pixel format; the documented consequence is out-of-bounds heap access.
