Process crash via invalid HEVC film-grain metadata

Buffer overflow in FFmpeg 7.0 allows local users to crash the process by decoding a file with invalid HEVC film-grain metadata. In libavcodec/hevcdec.c, hevc_frame_start accepted metadata that passed one support check but failed av_film_grain_params_select, leaving hevc_frame_end with an invalid film-grain selection. Exploitation requires access to make the application decode the crafted media; the demonstrated consequence is a segmentation-fault crash, not proven code execution.
