Arbitrary file deletion in SourceCodester Online Medicine Ordering System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to delete server files. The backend settings picture-deletion handler accepts a client-supplied path and deletes the referenced file without restricting it to image storage. Access to the management backend is required, and successful exploitation can remove application or host-accessible files and interrupt service.
