Application crash via misordered stream bounds check

Heap buffer over-read in ermig1979 Simd 6.0.134 allows context-dependent attackers to crash consuming software via a digit-terminated stream. InputMemoryStream::ReadUnsigned tests _data[_pos] for a separator before confirming that _pos remains below _size, causing a one-byte out-of-bounds read at the allocation boundary. Triggering requires a consuming application to supply attacker-controlled data to this parser; the library does not itself expose a network service.
