Code execution via unchecked IGS structure read

Out-of-bounds read in Siemens Simcenter Femap before 2406 allows attackers to execute code through crafted IGS files. The IGES_2022_2 executable fails to validate user-supplied geometry data before reading beyond an allocated structure; the same operation affects PS/IGES before 27.1.215. Exploitation requires a user to open an untrusted IGS file, after which code runs with current-process privileges.
