Code execution via crafted IGS structure over-read

Out-of-bounds read in Siemens Simcenter Femap before 2406 and PS/IGES Parasolid Translator Component before 27.1.215 allows attackers to execute code. While parsing a crafted IGS file, the translator reads beyond the end of an allocated structure, exposing adjacent process memory to control-flow misuse. Exploitation requires a user to open the malicious file; the resulting process can crash or execute attacker-controlled code with that user's privileges.
