Credential exposure in F5 BIG-IP Next Central Manager 20.0.1 allows remote attackers to obtain managed LTM/WAF instance credentials. The SSL channel between Central Manager and managed instances is accessible to a non-endpoint; F5 has not disclosed the specific peer-validation failure. Exploitation requires a network position capable of interposing on that channel, and the stolen credentials permit access to managed instances.
