Server access via embedded test credentials
Published May 15, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Active debug code in CyberPower PowerPanel Business before 4.9.0 allows remote attackers to access test or production servers. Production code retains hard-coded credentials intended for a test server, exposing secrets that authenticate to deployed server environments. No prior authentication or user interaction is required; possession of the embedded credentials grants the associated server access.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
