Process memory corruption via unchecked NDLZ offsets

Heap-based buffer overflow in C-Blosc2 2.13.0 through 2.13.2 allows remote attackers to corrupt process memory via crafted NDLZ data. The ndlz8_decompress function parses token-controlled offsets and copies referenced or literal rows into 8-by-8 cell buffers without first validating all input boundaries. Reachability requires a host application to pass untrusted compressed data to the NDLZ 8-by-8 codec; authoritative sources establish memory corruption but not code execution.
