Arbitrary file read via unchecked resource path

Path traversal in Zauberzeug NiceGUI 1.4.6 through 1.4.20 allows remote attackers to read server-accessible files via resource URLs. The _get_resource handler joins the route's untrusted path to a registered resource directory and returns the resulting file without verifying containment. No authentication or user interaction is required, but the application must expose a page using an affected UI resource; disclosure is limited to files readable by the server process.
