Code execution via X_T parser buffer overwrite

Out-of-bounds write in Siemens Parasolid allows attackers to execute code when a user opens a crafted X_T part file. The X_T parser writes past the end of an allocated buffer while reading attacker-controlled part data. Exploitation requires user interaction and runs code in the current process; affected releases are 35.1 before 35.1.256, 36.0 before 36.0.210, and 36.1 before 36.1.185.
